Shipping policy
We currently ship across Canada from our Niagara, Ontario facility.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday, are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
- Orders over $150: Free shipping
- Orders under $150: $12 flat rate
Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders arrive within 6–10 business days across Canada, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

LuxLale is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.
